If you see a girl you’d like to meet, the natural first step is to flirt with her

Flirting can be verbal, non-verbal, or a combination of each.

A little non-verbal flirting can give you an idea if a woman is open to you approaching her.

If the two of you make a few passing glances at each other across the room, that’s typically a good signal from her she’s open to your next move.

But guess what? – Girls are already flirting with you and you don’t even know it!

That’s right, Captain Obvious, she’s giving you flirtatious signals, and you’re missing even the glaringly obvious ones.

Proximity:

If she entered the coffee shop and took the table next to you, she’s sending you a signal.

You’re missing it because you’re a guy, and guys are usually analytical about things.

You figure she took that table for “logical” reasons like it’s where the light is good for her book or there’s a plug nearby for her laptop power cord.

This is where I smack you on the back of the head, and point out she could have sat anywhere else, or gone somewhere else to have her coffee.

But there she is, right next to you.

So the lesson here is, pay attention!

Girls who position themselves in proximity to you want you to start talking to them!

And that’s  a perfect time to inject a little innocent flirting into the conversation.

If she plays along, great!-keep going.

If not, then maybe she did sit there for the light (or maybe you said something stupid to turn her off).

Either way, pay attention to proximity, you’ve been missing obvious signals of openings to flirt!
