Step 1:

Get your internal game together – than means your attitude and demeanor.

The truth is, she’s going to size you up based on not only how you look on the outside, but guess what?-surprise surprise, she’s actually going to judge you more by how you act than how you look!

Guys are very visual, and we assume that girls are the same, but they’re not.

So get your attitude together first – playful and fun will always work with the ladies.

Step 2:

Pay some attention to your look – Hey wait, isn’t this a contradiction to Step 1 above? – Nope, and here’s why:

First impressions do count and while she’ll judge  you more by how you act, you want to make a good first impression too.

That doesn’t mean you need to get all dressed up or anything, just pay a little attention to basic good grooming, and pick out some clothes you’re comfortable in, and you’re good to go.

Don’t over-think this part.

Step 3:

Next, you want to increase your chances for success by going to places where she’s going to be alone, not on the defensive, and won’t have a bunch of her friends with her making your approach more difficult.

So where do women go alone and don’t have their defenses up? Basically, anyplace that she doesn’t see as a “pick up place” or “meat market” will do just fine.

Places like shopping malls or women’s section of department stores are great. So are food courts and coffee shops. So are music stores and book stores.

The great thing is that those places also provide natural conversation starters.

Step 4:

The best sports athletes say they rehearse every shot, every time – basketball superstars, golf stars, baseball pros – you name the sport, and they’ll tell you that mental rehearsal is critical to success.

That means you want to see yourself as successful – sports stars don’t rehearse failure, they see themselves as being successful!

Imagine yourself approaching women with a calm and confident demeanor because it’s calm confidence that women respond positively to – this simple step of mentally rehearsing success is a very, very critical step!
