Before you start talking with women online, ask yourself these critical questions – you’ll be sorry if you don’t…

First, how do you know you’re talking to a woman? Because “she” said so? Because the avatar looks like the girl of your dreams?

How do you know you’re not talking to some boys who think impersonating a girl – and getting you to open up the intimate details of your life – as one of the funniest things in the world.

Even worse, they could be sharing all your intimate details with all of their friends, posting it on their My Space page, and making fun of you on YouTube videos.

That right there ought to be enough to get you to think twice before you start talking with women online.

But even if she is a woman, here’s the really bad news, and I’ve been super-guilty of this myself in the past – here’s just one embarrassing example:

I talked to a girl online (and later on the phone) for a while. Her pictures were cute, even good looking. We flirted and chatted, and I was getting to like her more and more.

So we finally set up a date.

The instant – the instant – I saw her in person, I had absolutely zero attraction to her at all.

First, she was much heavier than in her pictures, and not in a good way.

Second, she was much older than in her pictures – again, not in a good way.

Third – and this is the worst part! – I had asked her out to lunch, so I had to sit through (and pay for) an entire meal with her!

And you want to know what’s worse? I should have learned my lesson the first time. But noooo…

In fact, I remember asking a girl out to a really expensive restaurant for dinner. I even bought flowers. The date went completely flat, and I was out over a hundred dollars.

Stupid, I know – but you can learn from  my mistakes and avoid wasting time and money.

Always meet a girl over a cup of coffee – if you decide to meet – and do not spend more than 5 or 10 minutes tops talking to a woman online!
