If you’re a younger guy looking to flirt with older women, you’re going to need to change your tactics a bit.

First, if you run into a “cougar type” of older woman, you won’t have to do much flirting because she’ll usually be aggressive and pursue you straight-away.

But, if you’ve got your eye on an older woman you know, or have just encountered, you’re going to need to shed your immature tendencies and take on an air of sophistication… at least a little, or else she’ll just see you as a “boy” and not a man.

That means, no goofy comments about you and your frat brothers’ jackass antics.

The safe approach to flirting with older women is low-key, and ask questions.

Most women like to talk anyway, so you can ask her questions about what she likes to do for fun, for example, to keep the conversation light.
